1. About the challenge

The 100 Days Health Challenge ("Challenge") is a virtual fitness initiative organised by Sandeep Mall ("Organiser") in support of Earth Focus Foundation ("EFF"), a Section 8 non-profit company (CIN U85300MH2019NPL329099) working with forest-dwelling communities in the buffer zone of Kanha Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh. The Challenge runs for 100 consecutive days starting 15th August 2026. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. Participants must be at least 14 years old as of the Challenge start date. Shipping and payments are available within India only.

2. Contribution & payment

By joining, you make a one-time contribution of at least ₹649 to Earth Focus Foundation. You may choose to contribute more at checkout; this is entirely optional. Your contribution is received by EFF. Payment is processed through Razorpay directly into EFF's account. The Organiser does not retain, handle, or have access to your payment. The Organiser receives no revenue from the Challenge.

Contributions are non-refundable once processed.

Your contribution covers participation, a campaign t-shirt (shipped after the Challenge), and platform operating costs. T-shirts and server costs are funded by EFF from pooled campaign contributions.

3. Sponsors

Corporate and individual sponsors contribute directly to EFF. Sponsors are credited on the Challenge website and communications. Sponsorship does not entitle any sponsor to participant data, decision-making authority over the Challenge, or preferential treatment in scoring or recognition.

4. Data you provide

By signing up, you provide your name, email, date of birth, gender, and optionally your phone number, address, T-shirt size, social profile URLs, and a profile photo. This data is used solely to operate the Challenge: category assignment, leaderboard display, communication, and t-shirt fulfillment.

Your name, profile photo, category, and points are visible on the leaderboard to other logged-in participants. Your email, phone, address, and date of birth are never shown publicly. Your data is not shared with any third party except where necessary: our t-shirt vendor and courier for delivery, and EFF, the Organiser, and sponsors as needed to operate the Challenge.

5. Activity data & screenshots

You upload activity screenshots from fitness apps as proof of your declared activity. These screenshots are stored in a private storage bucket, accessible only to you and to admins for review purposes. Screenshots may be processed by an AI system to cross-check declared values against visible data. No screenshot is shared publicly or with third parties.

6. Fair play & verification

Submissions are checked automatically for duplicate images, implausible values, and mismatches between declared and detected data. The Organiser runs spot checks at random points during the challenge.

Top finishers in each category are verified before recognition. Verification may include a video call where the participant is asked to share live logs from their fitness app, and confirmation of age and identity to verify category placement. Participants who decline verification or cannot substantiate their entries forfeit their standing.

The Organiser may adjust points, reject entries, or disqualify participants who submit fraudulent, AI-generated, or misleading data. The jury's decision on all matters of scoring, verification, and disqualification is final and binding.

7. Impact milestones

Impact milestones displayed on the platform (e.g. "You helped 1 child study for a week") are directional and aspirational. They represent the types of work EFF does and are not a binding commitment to allocate specific resources per participant milestone. Actual allocation of contributed funds is at EFF's discretion in line with its charitable objectives.

8. Recognition & prizes

Top finishers in each category are recognised on the platform and in communications. There are no cash prizes. Every participant receives a t-shirt. The Organiser may, at their discretion, offer additional recognition. All recognition is subject to verification of submitted activities.

9. Health disclaimer & assumption of risk

Participation involves physical activity. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and have consulted a physician if you have any health concerns. The Organiser, EFF, sponsors, and Sandeep Mall are not liable for any injury, illness, or health event arising from your participation. You participate entirely at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, EFF, Sandeep Mall, sponsors, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." The Organiser makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or availability. In no event shall the Organiser's or EFF's liability exceed the contribution amount paid by you.

12. Modification of terms

The Organiser may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
