How it works
Four steps. That's it.
Sign up, contribute ₹649 to Earth Focus Foundation. That's your ticket in.
Move
Any activity counts. Timed workouts need 30+ minutes; distance-based ones need enough distance to earn a point (2km for a run, 3km for a walk, and so on).
Log it
Take a screenshot from any fitness app and upload it when you log. That's your proof.
Keep going
Every day you move, you earn points for yourself and impact for Kanha's communities.
Scoring
Every move earns points
Timed activities are scored by the minute, not in blocks.
Why we're doing this

Earth Focus Foundation
In the 1970s, thousands of Gond and Baiga tribal families were moved out of Kanha National Park to protect its tigers. They lost access to the forest they had lived in for generations. Earth Focus works in that buffer zone today, running schools for tribal children, restoring barren land through agroforestry, and helping families build livelihoods that don't depend on the forest they can no longer enter.

Questions
Frequently asked
Who can join?+
Anyone aged 14 or above who wants to feel healthier and contribute to a real cause. Beginners, parents, older adults, athletes. No fitness level required.
Does signing up guarantee my seat?+
No. Creating an account doesn't reserve your seat. Your seat is confirmed once you finish your profile and pay.
Is there a minimum age?+
Yes, 14 years, as of the challenge start date.
Can I join from outside India?+
Shipping and payments are available within India only, so participation is currently limited to those with an Indian address and phone number.
How much do I contribute?+
₹649 minimum, all of which goes to Earth Focus Foundation. It supports education for tribal children, land restoration, and sustainable livelihoods in Kanha Tiger Reserve. If you would like to give more, you can choose to at checkout. Entirely optional. The organisers do not take a cut.
What is Earth Focus Foundation?+
Earth Focus Foundation is a non-profit working with tribal communities in the buffer zone of Kanha Tiger Reserve, Madhya Pradesh. When Kanha became a protected reserve, thousands of Gond and Baiga families were relocated and lost access to the forest that had sustained them. Earth Focus runs schools for tribal children, restores degraded land through agroforestry, and helps families build livelihoods outside the forest. You can learn more at earthfocus.in.
What activities count?+
Running, walking, hiking, cycling (indoor and outdoor), swimming, rowing, elliptical, strength, yoga, pilates, dance, sports, and daily steps.
Do longer sessions earn more?+
Yes. Timed activities are scored by the minute above the 30-minute minimum. A 70-minute session earns more than 60.
Is there a daily cap?+
Up to 120 minutes a day count toward points in total, and no single timed activity (Strength, Yoga, Sports, and the rest scored by the minute) can count more than 75 of those minutes on its own, even if you have daily budget left over. This is about not over-exerting on one activity, not about limiting variety. Run, Walk, Hiking, Outdoor Cycling, and Swimming are exempt from the 75-minute part, since those are scored by distance. Example: 75 minutes of Strength plus 45 minutes of Yoga fits both caps. Example: 38 minutes of Strength in the morning and 37 more that evening still only counts as 75 minutes of Strength for the day, since it's the same activity. Extra beyond either cap is great for you, just not counted toward points.
What about running vs walking?+
A running pace of 9 min/km or slower is counted as a walk. Cadence is required for runs.
Which app should I use?+
Any app that records the required data. Strava, Apple Fitness, Google Fit, Garmin, and most others work fine.
What must my screenshot show?+
Cadence for runs. Heart rate for swimming and every timed activity (Strength, Yoga, Sports, and the rest scored by the minute). These are checked in three ways. First, you have to enter the value when you log the activity: leave it blank and the entry scores zero, immediately, with no review needed. Second, the number you enter is checked against your screenshot after you submit, so a value that's missing from the image gets your entry flagged for an admin to look at. Third, values that aren't physically possible (a heart rate outside 30-230, a run pace faster than any human has recorded) get flagged the same way. Flagged doesn't mean rejected, it means a person reviews it. The simplest way to avoid all of this: screenshot the summary screen your app shows at the end of a session, with the numbers visible.
What if I miss a day?+
Nothing is lost. No penalty. You move again the next day. Consistency beats perfection.
Is my contribution refundable?+
No. Contributions to Earth Focus Foundation are non-refundable once processed.
How do you verify entries?+
Screenshots are checked automatically for duplicates, implausible numbers, and mismatches between what you typed and what your app shows. We run spot checks throughout the challenge. Top finishers are verified on a video call where we may ask you to share your live app logs so we can see your actual history.
Can someone cheat with fake screenshots?+
You can. But is it worth it? If you cheat, you cheat yourself. Whoever actually shows up for most of these 100 days is a winner regardless of where they sit on the leaderboard. The leaderboard is there for inspiration, not for gaming. We try our best to cross-check everything including screenshots and consistency, and we verify top finishers for correctness of gender, age, and live app logs, before declaring winners.
What do winners get?+
Anyone who finishes the challenge feels a satisfaction no reward can match. However, we offer a gift hamper to a top few in every category. Every participant gets a t-shirt. The jury's decision on all scoring and verification matters is final.
₹649+. 100 days. One good reason to move.
₹649+ to Earth Focus. You get a t-shirt and 100 days of accountability.
